Your cabin is hand-built by Tony Chaplin — over 20 years building mobile structures, and it shows in every join.
Tony cut his teeth building 42 trailers for the film industry — artist trailers, production offices and make-up units, where a build has to be flawless and dependable under pressure. He built 16 more under his own name, then moved into cabins — choosing a proven 9-metre chassis for its reliability rather than cutting to a smaller spec.
He's already built and installed three cabins on Western Cape farms, hands-on the whole way: walking your land with you, helping get the site ready, and doing the full install himself. You're not dealing with a factory or a middleman — you're dealing with the man who builds it, and he'll show you how every part works.

Where does it go on my land?
We walk your land with you and place the cabin on the one spot with the best view and privacy.
What groundwork do I need?
Usually just a simple pier-and-beam footing — concrete only where the ground calls for it. Decided after a site visit. No big foundation.
What's included in the cabin?
Everything — it's fully turnkey. The cabin, all plumbing, all electrics and solar, water and gas, finishes, and the booking setup. Every trade handled by us.
What do I need to provide?
A spot with access, water within reach, and enough sun for solar. That's it.
Do I have to run it myself?
Your choice. Own it outright and run it yourself, or co-invest and let us handle the brand, bookings and guest calendar. Either way the day-to-day is light — see below.
Who looks after guests and cleaning?
Guests let themselves in with a keyless code we send them, so there's no meet-and-greet. Between stays you (or a local cleaner) get the cabin guest-ready, and you're the on-the-ground contact if a guest needs something — we run the bookings, listings and calendar behind the scenes.
Who insures the cabin?
You insure the cabin as the host — it sits on your land as your asset, and we’ll point you to the right cover.
Do I need council approval?
In most cases a single cabin like this doesn’t need special zoning approval — we’ll guide you, and it’s always worth a quick check with your local municipality.
How long do I commit for?
We ask for a minimum five-year hosting term, with the option to buy out or extend for a further five years. Long enough for the cabin to establish, book out and pay you back.
When do I get paid?
Your share of the rental income is paid out monthly.
How far will you deliver?
Anywhere in South Africa — wherever your land is, we'll get your cabin there.
